5/13/08 -Central Coast Catering Show - Singing Chef Cooking Show @ Idler’s, Mark & Brigitte cook up delicious food with fun and style welcoming all who come, it’s free and fun and delicious. Mark, the Singing Chef really puts on a show.

5/16/08 -Paso Robles Catering Central Coast Wine Fest-serving greek food to wine guests all over wine country, delicious well presented, tasty foodn for all guests.

5/17/08 - Paso Robles Catering -Dinner - Kiwanas Murder Mistry Dinner -This was a benefit, sit down formal dinner for 200 guests, 3 course meal, including bruschetta, mouth watering stuffed mushrooms, farm fresh baby green lettuce w/cranberries, walnuts & red raspberry dressing, Chicken Cordon Bleu, creamy mashed potatoes,fresh roasted veggie’s, southern peach cobbler a la mode. Guests raved about the food and service.

5/19/08 - Central Coast California -Caterers College Dinner for graduates and their families, Hospitality Catering cooks up a great southern meal for hungry guests coming back for more.

5/28/08 - 6/9/08 Central Caost California Paso Robles caterers  Carnegie Mellon University-Robotics Institute -Camp Roberts . Hot lunches freshly prepared daily for this hard working group while experimenting with “the Crusher” a 6 ton 8 wheal robot.

5/31/08 -Paso Robles Birthday Party - Hospitality Catering surprises  Nodder with fabulous food, service, lunch  & dinner, all day pool party  w/seasonal fresh fruit on a skewer, sliced bbq’d assorted sausages, assorted deli meats & international cheeses  w/freshly baked organic breads, Sweet Water, Homemade Snickerdoodles, brownies, fruit salad tossed w/a wine reduction sauce, whipped cream & toasted coconut, Garlic Mustard Port Tenderloin, Prime Rib w/fresh horseradish sauce and ajus,colorful  farm fresh veggie’s roasted tender and delicious. Wait staff to die for, very hospitable, professional, clean cut and all smiles as they accommodate this wonerful family.

Mark the singing chef sings song for wedding couple while people dance to his handsome southern voice.

6/8/08 - Central Coast - Templeton Wine benefit: Pino & Paella -Templeton Park benefit the youth arts foundation in Paso Robles - Hospitality Catering cooks up Alligator Paella for the 2nd time-the crowd loved this original, tasty delicious and exotic food Mark-The Singing Chef prepared. Sweet water was a big hit on this hot day as well as Mark’s singing to the crowd.

6/11/08 - Paso Robles Cooking Show - Hospitality Catering puts on a show to remember, every month @ Idler’s, this time it’s BBQ Meat for the dad in your life, served up with live music, singing by Mark the Singing Chef and Cold Stone Ice Cream, for dessert.

6/19/08 - Paso Robles Winery - Hospitality Catering cooks up @ Martin & Weyrich for Girls Night Out. Delicious southern hot wings, sweet & sour meatballs, Fresh veggie’s w/Ultimate Sauce, a smiling fresh face to go along with the delicious wine & cosmo’s and traditional refreshing sweet water w/cliced cucumbers &  lemons.

6/21/08 - Atascadero Wine Fest -Hospitality Catering serves up BBQ hamburgers, hot dogs, soft serve ice cream all day long. Offering a cool ice bath for participants passing by the Hospitality Cateing booth for a neck cooler refresh. Ahhhhhh.

6/21/08 - Central Coast Benefit -American Cancer Society’s Relay 4 Life Fundraiser - “Team Idler’s “. Hospitality Catering is always the requested caterer for Idler’s and Relay 4 Lifeall  benefits. Serving up fresh picked veggie’s, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, plumbs, apples all from San Luis Obispo Farmers Market. There was live band, dancing, delicious local wines for all.

6/30/08 -Tri Counties- Blood Drive in Paso Robles @ Paso Robles Inn -  Hospitality Catering brings Association of Realtors free soft serve ice cream for all doners and their families, nurses, walkers by, this is something Hospitality Catering offers to non-profits, schools, sports, children’s activities, churches and charities. Bring it to your door, set up and pick up when done. The perfect refreshing no-brainer dessert everyone can enjoy.
